We are solely focused on maximizing value to buyers. We believe this singular focus gives us an advantage over other brokers that represent both buyers and sellers, and so at this time Jemma does not list properties for sale.

HOW DOES WORKING WITH JEMMA IMPACT THE SELLER AND THE SELLER’S BROKER?
Jemma’s model does not impact the seller in any way, and the seller’s broker will receive the same commission from the seller—no negative effect.
SHOULD I CONTACT JEMMA BEFORE OR AFTER SEEING A PROPERTY THAT INTERESTS ME?
You can contact Jemma at any time throughout the process, however we recommend you contact us as early as possible, particularly before interacting with the Seller’s Broker.
WHAT IF I AM CURRENTLY WORKING WITH ANOTHER BROKER ON AN EXCLUSIVE BASIS?
If you are under an exclusive agreement with another broker, we would not be able to represent you. However, if you are unsure of your relationship with another broker, please call our office to further discuss the particulars.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REBATE FOR WORKING WITH JEMMA?
We will provide payment to you as soon as we receive the commission from Seller/Seller’s Broker, typically at the closing table.
CAN I WORK WITH JEMMA ON BUYING MORE THAN ONE PROPERTY AT A TIME?
Absolutely. Jemma will work with you on as many properties as you wish.
IS THERE ANY “TYPICAL” TYPE OF PROPERTY THAT YOU FOCUS ON?
No, we will work with you on any sized property, from walk-up brownstones to pre-war coops to new condominium developments.
DO YOU ALSO HANDLE RENTALS?
At this time, we are solely focused on for-sale properties.
